You Have the Answers

For years I searched for answers. I sought out books, podcasts, people, coaches, events and more to give me the secret to my success.

Now don’t get me wrong you NEED all these things but they will not give you the answer you need to achieve your specific goal because nobody knows you better than yourself.

Books, podcasts, coaches, blogs, events and more will guide you along the way but girlfriend you have the answers in your heart already, you just need to tap into them.

You know when you’re told something over and over and over then one day it hits you… it finally all makes sense.

Like the millions of times I heard from business coaches, books and podcasts that working smarter not harder leads to success.

I totally missed the point of this message for years. I heard it but didn’t really hear it, if you know what I mean. I didn’t internalize it. I kept falling back into my old habits and routines, the exact ones that were not getting me where I wanted to be in life.

The foundation in the books, podcasts, coaches and more that I invested thousands of dollars in said: if you slow down you will see, it’s all within YOU.

In my mind they were wrong. If it’s within me why don’t I know? Duh, are you really worth the money I’m spending on you because it’s obvious if it were within me I would already know right? And I wouldn’t need you right?

I was so ignorant. I needed them, I needed their guidance and accountability but I didn’t need them to give me the answers because they truly didn’t have the specific answers for me.

It took 6 years for me to finally listen to the underlying message that I have the answers deep within me. All I need to do is stop and listen.

I was a go getter. I was always busy. I felt if I wasn’t moving and shacking I wasn’t productive. That was the exact thing holding me back from finding my answers to personal and professional success.

When I stopped to give myself time and space to think without distraction and deeply reflect the answers starting pouring from thin air. Literally my mind was blown with how clear my direction in life was. My heart gave me exactly what I was seeking the entire time.

The point is to stop searching and start listening to the guidance your mind, body and soul is sending you right now in this exact moment because only you know what is right for you.

How can you connect with the insight you have within yourself? It’s simple. Take a minimum of 3 minutes a day to just be. Remove the thoughts flooding your brain, let go of your endless to do list and just be. Focus on your breath, create space for your mind to be free. In the beginning it feels like nothing is happening but stick with it and it will change your life.
