How to leave a toxic relationship

You know that feeling of heaviness you have when you leave the presence of someone that is no longer serving you as a friend, loved one or coworker?

Every time you hear the persons name you have a gut hit telling you to distance yourself but you feel bad.

It’s a feeling of total depletion when you leave their presence leaving you with no mental energy to get through the rest of the day.

For some reason, women allow toxic relationships to go on far too long. I’m guilty of it myself.

I want to share with you the tools I use to acknowledge when a relationship I’m in is becoming toxic and how I change the dynamics or get out of the relationship before it really brings me down.
